India Marble and Granite

India has a rich deposit of granites. It is one of the most sought after natural stones in and from India. Granite is produced in the Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa & Uttar Pradesh . The variety and the colour offerred by granite makes it the most preferred stone to architects and builders all the world over. Marble is found under the segmentation rock. It is used as a cooling agent because of its porous property. They are largely used for flooring, and table tops. Marble is largely available in Rajasthan.
